Murder On The Orient Express (English) 1080p Dual Audio Movies
In Murder on the Orient Express, Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh) is on his way to the little town of Charing Cross, from Calais via Paris, as the setting for a private gathering among people who actually know each other. The train is about to start, the sleeping cars have all been locked, a group of people are still aboard, and the door locks have not yet been engaged. Before the train leaves, the “killer,” who is waiting to take passengers off, gets into the coupe of Mademoiselle Caroline (Michelle Pfeiffer), a passenger of the Orient Express. She was overcome with seasickness and had gone to visit a doctor, who knows that she could have a tumor in her brain; her mood changed after the operation. Now there is no more time, and she entrusts the attacker, a heavy smoker, with her empty glass of champagne. She would probably have fallen into his arms, had not Lady Margery Plumbe (Judi Dench), who had overheard the conversation, pulled the doctor aside and advised him to take a palliative instead of a dangerous operation. As the attacker returns to his compartment, he is suddenly overcome with the certainty that he will be killed in the next hour. The train starts, the thief gets rid of the doctor, and the attacker is shot by, or on behalf of, the doctor. Now, in the act of fleeing, he is shot by, or on behalf of, the pilot.
The film was mostly shot around Montreux, Switzerland, where Hercule Poirot was supposed to have been staying. In reality, in 1933, he was visiting the renowned Hotel Palace de l’Europe, which was opened the year before the original film was released. The film used the reality of the train ride as a metaphor for its duality. In one sense, it is the standardization of the same route—the Orient Express—that allows the masked murderer to move around at will, knowing where to go in spite of all the passengers looking in the opposite direction. But it is also a premise of the entire film, as people tend to be either afraid to use the dining room, or they spend their whole time in the dining room.
A few years after the movie’s release, someone hacked the CIWL website and posted the full names and ages of the people on the Orient Express. The idea of the film? The Orient Express is a great idea in this particular storyline. Sure, who hasn’t seen a murder in a train before? Most movies deal with the murder as the main thrust of the story. But Murder on the Orient Express takes on more of the role of a murder mystery. It’s really like a teen girl period murder story. It’s a murder, but the motive isn’t the core of the story. In this case, the motivation is the close proximity of the people. And that’s the core of any murder mystery.
The murder is a classic four-character story. Two people collaborate to murder one other person. The classic plot is based on an instance where Sir Charles Baskerville and Dr. Montoni solve a murder of a mysterious old man aboard the coach of their horse-drawn carriage. The classic crime story is about people working together to bring about a single-person downfall. In Murder on the Orient Express there are 12 people involved in the murder. None of them is the main focus of the story. They are all set up as a large ensemble.
The Orient Express is a great escape, and is the perfect setting for a murder. It’s a home to anyone from anywhere in the world. It’s surprisingly cheap to travel on; a few hundred dollars a night can get you into the luxurious sleeping car. The cabins are beautiful and have tons of space to stretch out and read a book. You’ll get a cosy dinner of fine dining and, most importantly, you’ll get away from it all.
